No. Our standard hours include evenings Monday through Friday and all day Sunday, and the estimate is free regardless of when we come out. Saturday is our only closed day. There’s no premium for booking an evening or Sunday assessment.
Just the basics: the address where the work would happen, a rough idea of what you’re dealing with (drafts, fogged glass, a door that sticks, a window that won’t open), and any questions you already have. If you know the brand of your current windows, great. If not, don’t worry. We’ll figure it out together when we arrive.
